Working long hours is an inconvenience, and here is why you should take a pause: By working long hours you are increasing your risk for cardiovascular diseases, generally poor health, and fatigue.
The boundaries between work and life are becoming more blurred and the ability to carry our work diminishes in return. Having busy schedules don’t allow us to fully turn off, thus sacrificing the time we need to replenish our energy for our healthy and productivity.
